My name is Anaise Maddox and I am proud to be a part of the Phoenix foot and ankle team! I am from sunny Phoenix, AZ. I have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Aspen University and a Bachelors degree of Biological Sciences from Arizona State University. I have been active in the medical field for 5 years and pride myself on being a huge patient advocate as well as compassionate and kind hearted. A primary goal of mine is to go back to school to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. My main hobbies are reading, dancing, and spending quality time with my family and our two dogs and three birds.
